Hello, I'm Jessica. Over the past two decades, I have refined my intuition and dedicated myself to personal growth while providing full-time care for my three incredible children with unique medical needs.
The concept of Insightful Cardinals has long been a dream of mine, awaiting the moment when I could gather the courage to shape the life I envisioned. By merging my life experiences, knowledge, and training, I customize services tailored to meet your specific needs and objectives.
I trained under the late Linda Therrien and obtained Level 3 Reiki certification. In 2022, I expanded my skill set with Matthew Stapley in Psychic and Mediumship Development. Furthermore, I have completed programs with Laura Traplin in Beginner Mediumship and Mentorship. In 2024, I achieved certification as a Happiness Trainer under Marci Shimoff, a journey that has profoundly transformed my life. 2025, I felt compelled to become certified in Integrated Energy Therapy with Pure Lotus and the wonderful Carrie-Leigh Stockwell. I continue to prioritize my personal and professional development to enhance my ability to assist others.
At Insightful Cardinals, my goal is to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength and manifest the life they desire to lead. I strive for everyone to shine brightly and spread a beautiful radiance throughout our community! I am thrilled to connect with you!

Services are provided virtually, mobile, and throughout the community. (Currently no permanent location)

Caregivers, women, individuals with medical and exceptional needs, those who seek to reclaim, rediscover their inner strength and those who might need some compassionate support throughout their journey, just as I did at one time.
Community Initiatives
Actively supports and raise awareness for community initiatives and social services, such as Green Shield's Women's Mental Health Program and nonprofit organizations like Up with Women.
Insightful Cardinals has been inspired and nurtured by many remarkable women and organizations. Through my personal healing journey and interactions with these incredible individuals and groups, I have discovered the courage, strength, and self-belief needed to embrace Insightful Cardinals. I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of compassion, community, and connection, which has fuelled my mission to support others on their paths.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude, especially to my mother, Linda Watson, and my children, Bella, Nick, and Dante, who are my heart and my motivation to persevere.
